We ship via DHL. For standard, in-stock orders, our warehouse team strives to ship your purchase within 1 business day, excluding Saturday & Sunday. For Standard Ground shipments, most orders are delivered within one week. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm CST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. We also offer Express Saver, 2-Day, & Standard Overnight services for faster delivery.

By choosing the Standard Overnight, Express Saver, or 2-Day service during checkout, we will expedite orders for in-stock items.
Standard Overnight provides next-business-day delivery for all orders placed by 12pm CST Monday through Friday. (Note: Delivery to and from many areas in Alaska & Hawaii takes 2 business days).
2-Day orders placed by 12 pm CST Monday through Thursday will arrive in 2 business days; orders placed by 12 pm CST Friday through Sunday will arrive the following Tuesday. Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday. (Note: 2-Day delivery to Hawaii takes 3 business days)
Express Saver provides delivery in 3 business days to business by 4:30pm and to residences by 7pm. (Note: Express Saver is available to and from all states excepting Alaska & Hawaii)
*Business days do not include holidays. We are not responsible for, and are excused from, performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather-related delays, work stoppages or delays, or other unexpected circumstances.
We are happy to ship internationally, however our website is unable to process our most competitive international shipping rates at this time. Please contact email@example.com to place your international order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient, because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
• Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when the product arrives. This phone will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
• Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
• We do not refund original shipment charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
When pre-ordering a VO® Leather item, the product is reserved for you. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. VO® Leather will ship your order as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Please keep in mind that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates as they are estimated dates provided by our manufacturer in Turkey. If we are unable to fulfill your order, Turkish-T will refund your credit card.
We are often approached by hotels, spas, weddings, & events inquiring about special orders, customization, & bulk order pricing. We are happy to create a custom design for your specific needs. Most, but not all, towels, resort wear, and linens are machine washable. We recommend machine washing on cold, and hang drying or tumble drying on low heat. WhileVO® Leather’s do not bleed or fade with wash, we recommend washing your linens before use due to the delicate, hand-dyed nature of our products. Just a friendly tip: While no one enjoys ironing, a quick press can do wonders for your linens!
All prices in our catalogs and online are in US dollars and are subject to a 9.25% sales tax for residents of Tennessee in accordance with state and local laws. Availability, prices, & delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
